After completing a 610 hour course and graduating from Baltimore School of Massage in 2001, I have been continuing my educational journey here in St. Louis with the Healing Arts Center.  By taking an integrative approach, I personalize each session by blending different massage modalities such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Myofascial Release with Reiki/energy work.  Prenatal and infant massage is also available for pregnant moms and caregivers of babies. 

 

I am a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) and am Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. Compassion and respect guide me in my holistic approach to life.  I am a lover of life and learning and enjoy helping others facilitate their own well being.

 

Rates

 

Reiki Only Session: $55 Known as "life force energy." Treats the whole person- body, mind, and spirit. Approximately 1 hour, client remains fully clothed

 

Well Being Massage: $55 A relaxing full hour Swedish massage. Reduce physical and emotional stress while improving circulation, muscle and skin tone, recovery time from muscle strain and overall health and well being.

 

Personalized Sessions: Including Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release and Prenatal Massages
